Zelvatech is a small but senior team in Lahore, led by an Acquia Certified Drupal 11 engineer with fifteen years in production. Agencies bring us the Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, Laravel and AI builds they cannot staff this quarter, or cannot staff at all. We work in your repository, on your board, to your definition of done. We write the code and you own it outright, along with the client relationship, the brand on the work and the credit for it.
End clients come to us direct as well, which is the same team with one fewer layer in the middle.

Whose work this is. Zelvatech is a young company built on a long career. Every project below was led by our founder, Muhammad Akhtar, working through the agency named or described on each card. Most of our white-label work appears nowhere at all, which is rather the point. Client names and references are available on request under NDA.
A university art museum, US
Custom Drupal theme and module development for the museum's platform, alongside the migration up to Drupal 10. DDEV environments with Playwright smoke tests catching route and redirect problems before staging.
A data centre and colocation provider, US
Three projects in the right order on a live site: a rebrand carried through every template, a redesign adding new features on top, then the migration from Drupal 9 to 10. No dark window in between.
A private college, US
A complete redesign with new features built in, plus a migration carrying the platform from Drupal 8 all the way to 11. Custom modules, custom theme, performance tuning and security work throughout.
A motorcycle accessories brand, US
Shopify theme work plus a B2B implementation for wholesale buyers, with Meta Pixel and GTM configured behind it. A broken catalog match rate turned out to be an orphaned server-side pixel nobody knew was still firing.
Bionorica Workstream
A shared codebase architected to generate product websites at scale. One well-structured foundation producing hundreds of sites, instead of rebuilding from zero every time a product launched.

A recruiting platform for senior managers, built on Joomla 1.5 and developed continuously since. Carried up through every major release to Joomla 5, with custom extensions and full template rebuilds at each step.

You keep the client and the brand. We supply engineers who work inside your systems: your repository, your ticket board, your definition of done. Some agencies put us in their standups and treat us as staff. Others prefer we stay invisible and send a written summary on Fridays. Both work.

He sets the architecture on every project and owns the review standard, supported by automated checks and an AI-assisted pass over every branch. The day-to-day building is done by senior engineers on the team, which is how the same standard runs across several projects at once rather than one at a time.
Zelvatech was founded in 2025 around a core team of eight engineers, scaling to fifteen when a project needs it. Every branch is reviewed before it merges, by him or by another senior engineer on the team.

Send us the repository, the brief, or three sentences describing the problem. Within one working day you get a reply from the engineer who would actually run the project.
Before anything is signed, we give you a written technical assessment: what the real scope is, where the risk sits, what we would build differently and why, and a fixed price against it. It costs nothing and it is yours to keep either way. Plenty of clients have used ours to sanity-check a quote from somebody else.
