WHITE-LABEL WORDPRESS & WOOCOMMERCE · FOR AGENCIES

WordPress work your team should not have to take on.

WordPress is the work most agencies win the most of and enjoy the least. It arrives constantly, the budgets are tighter than the design work that sold it, and every build ties up a developer who would be worth more on something else. Turning it down loses the client. Taking it on costs the margin.

We take WordPress builds off agency rosters at a rate that leaves the margin intact. Custom themes and plugins written by hand rather than assembled from page builders, delivered into your repository, under your brand, with your client never hearing our name.

The problem

Where the margin goes

WordPress rarely loses money on the day it is quoted. It loses money in the three places below, all of which arrive after the client has already signed.

The build is smaller than the pitch

The design work sold the project. The build is what eats the weeks, and it is usually quoted against the enthusiasm of the pitch rather than the reality of the theme.

Plugin decisions made under pressure

Under a deadline it is faster to install a plugin than to write fifty lines. Three years of that and the site cannot be updated without something going dark, and the client blames whoever built it.

Maintenance nobody scoped

The build ends and the site does not. Someone on your team becomes the person who fixes it, at a cost that never appears in any quote.

What we build

What we deliver

Six areas of WordPress work, delivered into your repository under your brand.

01

Custom themes

Built from a design system so the site holds up when an editor builds a page nobody designed.

  • Block editor patterns and custom blocks
  • ACF field groups for structured content
  • Child theme structure so updates survive
  • WCAG AA where the brief requires it
02

Custom plugins

Written to WordPress coding standards with proper hooks, capability checks and sanitisation.

  • Custom post types and taxonomies
  • Admin screens editors can use
  • REST endpoints for integrations
  • Uninstall routines that clean up
03

WooCommerce

Store builds and the parts that get complicated past a few hundred products.

  • Payment, shipping and tax configuration
  • Custom product types and pricing
  • Checkout customisation
  • ERP and fulfilment integrations
04

Migrations

Moving into WordPress without losing what the site already earns.

  • Content, media and user migration
  • URL and redirect mapping
  • SEO metadata carried across
  • Verification before cutover
05

Performance

Usually removal rather than addition.

  • Object and page caching
  • Database cleanup
  • Image sizing and formats
  • Auditing plugins for injected weight
06

Rescue work

Sites your client inherited from somebody else.

  • Plugin conflict diagnosis
  • Extracting edits into a child theme
  • Recovering access and credentials
  • Honest continue-or-rebuild advice
The arrangement

How the arrangement works

The commercial and practical terms, settled before we are given access to anything.

Inside your systems

Accounts on your Git organisation, your board, your staging. We follow your branching model, your commit conventions and your review checklist.

Nobody talks to your client

Every question and update routes through you. Non-solicitation is written into the agreement before we are given repository access.

You own the code

Copyright assigns to you on payment. We keep no licence and do not reuse client-specific work elsewhere.

Priced so you keep the margin

We quote you a rate. You price your client however you price your client. We never ask what you charge.

Questions

What agencies ask about white-label WordPress.

Do you use page builders like Elementor or Divi?
Only when your client already has one and wants to keep it. For new builds we use the block editor or ACF with a custom theme, because builders add weight, lock content into proprietary markup and make the site hard to move later. Whatever we hand you, your team can maintain without us.
Can you work in our repository and follow our standards?
Yes, and we would rather use yours than impose ours. Send the coding standards, branching rules and review checklist at onboarding and we work to them.
How quickly can you start?
Onboarding usually takes a few days once the NDA is signed and access is granted. For a straightforward theme build we can normally have a first pull request in your review queue inside two weeks.
Do you take on WooCommerce as well as standard WordPress?
Yes, including the awkward parts: custom product types, variable and B2B pricing, checkout customisation, and stores that were fine at two hundred products and struggle at two thousand.
Can you rescue a WordPress site somebody else built?
Frequently. It starts with an audit of the plugins, the theme, the database and the security exposure, written up before either of us commits to anything ongoing.
Will your name appear anywhere in the code or the site?
Only if you want it to. Most agencies give us accounts on their own organisation using addresses at their domain, so the history reads as internal work.
How is white-label WordPress work priced?
Either a fixed price against a written scope, or a monthly rate for reserved capacity. Both are invoiced to you, never to your client.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance after the build?
Yes, on a monthly retainer, still under your brand. Patching, updates tested on staging first, monitoring, verified backups and an allowance of small feature work.
Get in touch

Send us the WordPress build you would rather not staff.

Send the brief, the repository or the design files. Within one working day you get a reply from the engineer who would run it, not an account manager.

Before anything is signed you get a written technical assessment: the real scope, where the risk sits, and a fixed price against it. It costs nothing and it is yours to keep either way.
